The third public Exhibition in Košice

After an exclusive preview for the press and officials in Karcag, and a successful two-week public display in Nyíregyháza and Mátészalka, these thought-provoking models made their way to Košice, Slovakia.

From November 12, 2024, the exhibition was open to visitors by appointment at the Secondary Grammar School Šrobarova in Košice. Passionate junior volunteer guides, trained by expert ExHis project trainers, led attendees through the models and shared the powerful history behind them.

This exhibition was more than just a display—it invited attendees to explore the story of the Holocaust through place-based learning. It engaged young people, educators, and educational professionals to reflect on this important history and its far-reaching social and historical significance.
