Our 18th and final exhibition will take place in Sopron at the Handler Nándor Technical School.

Following the exhibition in Szombathely, the exhibition will arrive in Sopron, where it will be open to visitors from 13 to 23 March 2026.

Our peer guides – young guides of a similar age to the students, trained by the experienced trainers of the ExHis project – will present the history of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camps through the presentation of the model as part of a special history lesson.

Our aim is to reach young people, teachers and education professionals through the method of place-based learning, introducing them to the history of the Holocaust as well as its broader historical and social contexts.
